The hotel is ideally situated for the sights of Puy. It is within a few minutes walk of the Cathedral, The Cloisters, Rocher Saint-Michel & the statue of Notre-Dame. All these are must see places during your stay. I would say, however, be prepared for plenty of up hill steps during your visits, but all are must sees. Try the multi attraction pass for value & convenience & go early to avoid the high temperatures (August) & the crowds. The town centre, also within 5 mins walk, is lovely too with many choices for an evening stroll & meal. Finally secure parking at the hotel is an added bonus & helps with a comfortable, safe night's sleep.

Very good restaurant. Good breakfast buffet. Quiet central location. Friendly, helpful staff. The best Ibis we have stayed in. Very good en suite shower.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - couldn't have been better! Hotel in a brilliant location, and with ample car parking. Breakfasts were copious and delicious.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Free parking with lots of space—three lots. Restaurant on site serving lunch and dinner—decent food. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Located very near main sites via skort walk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent for the town centre. Breakfast was good quality and the staff were keeping things topped up.

We only had the one night as we were traveling South to Spain. The lady on the desk was very informative and helpful to us as we must have looked like drowned rats as the weather was extremely wet and we were traveling by motorcycle. We had secure parking in the garage for our m/c. The room was warm and spacious with a good size bed. The bar area and restaurant were pleasant enough. The breakfast was of good quality. Good hotel.

Exactly as you would expect from a major chain hotel. Fairly modern, handy location, easy walk into the city centre and close to attractions. Good sized clean room. Chargable private car park although the reception team accommodated my motorcycle in the garage without charge which was really appreciated. I would be happy to stay again.
